The album is tentatively titled Volta and is supposed to drop 5.07.07. I can only pray she supports this with a tour and comes back to NYC (I mean she lives in Jersey after all). The concert I saw a few years ago at Coney Island was one of the top five concert experiences I've ever had. I have never been disappointed with one of her albums (except maybe the remix album, Telegram, but I don't really count that...I even like the jazz album, Gling-glo!). She deserves an entire post about her career. Along with Radiohead and John Coltrane, she forms the Trinity of music for my fragile little mind. That's real talk.
